Rensenhouse is an Electrical Supply Distributor. We operate 2 delivery runs a day via multiple routes within the KC metro area. We are looking for motivated, reliable, self-starters to take ownership of their position and help us grow as a business and maintain our positive and reliable customer facing delivery image.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Driver with Warehouse Responsibilities.
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of delivery vehicles, including flatbed trucks, box trucks, and vans.
- Load and unload customer deliveries using pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance as required
- Fulfillment of regular inside Warehouse Duties when applicable and able
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Ability to operate various types of delivery vehicles, such as refrigerated trailers or moving vans
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Familiarity with local roads and routes for efficient navigation
